About
I teach all levels of students from beginner to artist level. I have had four students who were winners in the Pinault International Piano Competition in New York, ranging in age 10 to professional adult. If you wish to reach that level, I will work with you, but if you wish to just learn to play for your own enjoyment, I will enjoy working with you to that end. I live in Tigard, OR and have a studio in my apartment. I am also set up for zoom lessons; virtual lessons at your computer. Let me know what you would like to do... reach me with your browser at; www.thepianoprofessor.com
Teaching is my career, not just a job. I am a professional with 50 years experience, and many students who have won international piano competition. I am on the jury board of the Encor International piano competition, and the director of the Chopin Piano Academy.
I can teach at the Chehalem Cultural Center in Newberg. Due to the coronavirus situation, I am also able to give virtual lessons without your leaving your home. Virtual lessons are like my being with you. Let me know.
