My teaching approach:

I have a very reactive approach when it comes to teaching. I believe that learning to play guitar or bass should not be a painful thing, and so I tend to avoid repetitious exercises. Instead, I focus on allowing you to learn to play the way you want to play, whether it be learning to play pop songs or digging in to music theory. You should expect a fun, laid-back atmosphere where music comes first.

My influences are:

Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Buddy Guy, B.B. King, Bo Diddley, etc... Everything blues. I also enjoy improvisational jazz and groove music.
