I am a high level basketball & fitness trainer/coach with over 18yrs of basketball knowledge and fitness experience. I incorporate physical fitness in my training sessions to help build confidence during players evolution.
My main focus is skill and body development. Confident ball handling, form/foundational shooting,footwook, along with IQ and overall understanding of the game of basketball.
I train beginners to pro level athletes. Feel free to contact me with any questions.

G.A.W.W.D Training is simply the BEST! Coach Alex is professional, responsive, inspiring and just overall outstanding. The environment is welcoming and positive. We have experienced other sport programs and feel this one beats them all. I have one son training now and he always comes out happy and a more improved player. I wish more sport programs were like G.A.W.W.D Training. Highly recommend.
