Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I enjoy getting to know my students before I we dive into cooking so I'll go through a series of questions, like their likes and dislikes, skill level, allergies if any. Just an ice breaker.

AAS Culinary Arts degree
Over 20 years in the food industry. Worked alongside some of the most well respected chefs in Chicago. Volunteer as a Chef instructor for low income families teaching well and nutrition.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing may vary for each client. Each client has a unique request so I try not to quote until I do a mini consultation.
How did you get started teaching?
Being a big sister and then a mother is where it all started from. I have been teaching since I was about 4. My younger brother would not go anywhere without me and my mother had to work so, I was the closet one to him and he never left my side. After I potty trained my brother the ladies in my neighborhood was amazed my mom told when my told them so, they all started sending their lil boys to me for assistance. For some reason babies really gravitated towards me and that's how it all started.
