I am a plant based chef interested in teaching classes making food that uses wholesome/organic/local ingredients. I can do classes on sprouting and the importance of soaking beans/seeds/nuts/legumes/grains. I have a wide range of knowledge on different cuisine and was classically trained at Kendall College. I currently own my own plant based company and part of my mission is to educate people on plant based lifestyle. I am happy to talk about food combinations, exciting plant based dishes and all things in the pursuit of a happier healthier you! I can demo and help you create one pot/pan meals or get more complicated with vegan tamales or desserts.

When people enjoy the food I make or enjoy the food we make together, I feel a sense of joy and satisfaction.

I talk to them about what they like to cook if they cook at home and then choose something to make that kicks it up a notch. Maybe we incorporate some unexpected flavors, add more variety and color with different vegetables, or maybe we make something the person has never made but that they would easily be able to recreate on thier own.
The important thing is that the lesson is fun and that we create something that encourages newer cooks to go and try some of the things we do on their own.
