I've coached and trained at many of the top gyms in the area and I noticed a pattern. No one teaches new students the fundementals! The boxing rythm and proper technique is my principles. Real Deal Boxing.
I enjoy sharing and teaching the talents I was blessed with to other individuals who want to learn. There are people who don’t know, and people who don’t care. Most people want to know. I am happy to teach you.
My group classes are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 7pm to 8:30pm in Crystal Lake.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I am patient with a new student and choose to go over the basics very slow. Once the student picks up the rhythm of boxing we speed things up fast.

Almost 10 years of combat sport experience.
