What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Students can easily register for our courses electronically though our website at www.pizzaculinaryacademy.com
We also provide private one on one classes as well as consulting services. Please contact the academy for rates.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our co-founder and Master Instructor, Leo Spizzirri, has a master certification in all 5 styles of Italian pizza from the oldest pizza school in Italy called Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli.
Students completing a 5 day certification course at the academy will receive an official pizzaiolo certification from Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli along with an actual Italian certificate from the school.

What types of students have you worked with?
We teach students from all walks of life, both amateur and professional. Our students have come from far away places like Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Ghana, and Ireland to name a few.
