Robyn Vitson Piano Studio

Robyn is attentive to each persons different aptitudes and personalities, and tailor makes a lesson plan for each student, no matter the age or background. Robyn integrates theory, listening, music history, and ear-training into the lessons. She is very professional and conscientious, and cares about the progress and well-being of her students.

Robyn was a wonderful teacher. Our son took lessons from her for several years, he learned so much, but one of the best things was that he learned to love and feel music, not just play notes. We would highly recommend her.

Robyn is an exceptional piano teacher. I’ve been so pleased with my kids progress over the 2 years we have been with her. She is a gifted musician and she does and excellent job passing her gifts on to her students. My kids love her!

Robyn has been teaching my kids for several years. She is very reliable and obviously has lots of experience working with children. She works on all aspects of piano...note reading, technique, theory. She desires excellence for her students and cares deeply about each of them!

Possibly one of the best teachers, and mentors, of my entire childhood. Although we only met with each other for an hour or two a week, she was an amazing role model for me and for her students. Not only did she teach proper technique, she taught me scales, music writing, emotion, and a heck of a lot more. Outside of the piano, she has laughed with me, celebrated with me, and grieved with me. She also has helped me become a better person, on top of a better piano player. Many of her life tips I still use, years later. Ive had her for around 7-8 years, and in that time she has grown into a kind, sweet, loving teacher who wants to expose everyone to piano music. She works well with all students from different backgrounds, and with different skill-sets and different lifestyles. I cannot truly praise her for what she has done for me, both with piano and in life, and I cannot recommend her enough.

She also has some beautiful cats and makes some delicious cookies!
