Pug's Boxing Club @ The School of Hard Knocks in Crystal Lake, Illinois offers hi-quality boxing instruction to competitive fighters, physical fitness enthusiasts, recreational boxers, youth boxers and to men & women who just want to drop a few pounds and get into "fighting shape". We DO NOT offer a glorified aerobics class with boxing gloves on like LA Boxing or Title Boxing Club. What we DO offer is a bona-fide boxing working-out taught by USA Boxing certified trainers who have also trained both amateur & professional champions. We offer a work-out that will simply KNOCK YOU OUT!
