What is your typical process for working with a new student?
No two students are the same. I try to ascertain where each student is and provide them advice as to how to advance their acting experience. Sometimes students need help picking a monologue. Other times it is how to conduct a monologue. Since I have a vast experience in musicals, sometimes it is how to pick songs.
