My teaching approach: I have been a Professional Musician/Composer and Recordist for over 40 years. Wide range of styles. Each student has curriculum that caters to individual interests.
My influences are extremely varied. My foundations lie in Blues, Jazz, and Popular music styles of the 20th century.

Your first guitar lesson with me might include the following: There will be a bit of chatting about what kind of music the student is interested in learning. If the student knows how to play I will have them show me what they know.
A guitar lesson with me might entail the following: Student arrives we tune up and start picking. We review previous assigned work and hopefully cover new material to work on.
The qualities I look for in an ideal guitar student might include the following: An ideal student is ready for new material on a weekly basis.
