Founded in 2007, the Community Center for the Arts, also known as C4A, is a non-profit organization located in Urbana, Illinois. Serving Urbana and surrounding areas, the center provides music lessons and ensemble opportunities for all ages and skill levels. Starting with just 3 teachers and 20 students, C4A has grown to employ over two dozen professional musicians as teachers and serves over 250 students. They offer a variety of music genres, from classical to popular American music, and even African and Middle Eastern tunes. The center also conducts summer camps and leads music performing groups.
