What is your typical process for working with a new student?
A new student can expect to learn something new on the first day. Our teachers take a little time to get to know students and understand their goals, so we can provide a comfortable space and cater to each students personalized needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Teachers at Music Gallery Academy are all uniquely qualified. While some are graduates from prestigious music universities such as Berklee or DePaul, others are life long enthusiasts who earned their salt gigging and living in the music industry. We even have a teacher who founded their own music tech corporation to aid in the process of learning instruments!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
The Music Gallery Academy charges a minimum $140 in advance for 4 weeks of half hour music lessons. Individual music lessons are valued at $35. The $140 is credited to a student account and debited $35 weekly as each students scheduled lesson time passes.
Tuition prices for 45 minute or hour long lessons still equate to $35 per 30 minutes. 45 minute lessons cost $52.50 each ($210 every 4 weeks) and 1 hour lessons cost $70 each ($280 every 4 weeks).
What types of students have you worked with?
We have teachers that specialize in each age group and skill level. Our youngest student was 4 years old, our oldest was 86, and we've seen just about everything in between.
