Esther Music Lessons
About
Esther is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University where she studied flute performance. While she was in college she was able to travel internationally to Europe and Canada for music festivals. She also took several wind band tours through the United States including a trip to perform in the Indiana Purdue Fort Wayne Wind Ensemble at Carnegie Hall. These experiences broadened her understanding and appreciation both for music and the lovely people who create it.
I enjoy investing in my students and seeing them grow musically. Music is meant to be shared and enjoyed by all regardless of skill level or previous experience.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I begin by accessing a student's skill level, existing musical knowledge and goals. From there I order the appropriate music books and we begin working our way through those books. I encourage my students to perform in recitals as well as go to experience local live music.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Esther graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2019 with a bachelors degree in flute performance. She has taught private lessons on piano and flute since she was a high school sophmore.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Standard pricing is $20 per 30min lesson and $40 per hour lesson. I often recommend 30 minute lessons.
