I've been a Personal Chef and Caterer for 20 years and have experience that spans from 5000 meals a day to Oscar Winner Jamie Foxx, to opening 11 restaurants,(3 of my own and 8 for others), to being flown across the country for private clients special private events.
This is the passion and calling on my life and I want to pass the love I have for the culinary arts to anyone willing to accept it.

I tailor any and all instructions/teaching to coincide with student skill set and comfort level in the kitchen.
