About this pro

I offer several options for music lessons. One is private lessons in person, or online. These are all tailored to the student’s individual preferences, and start at $25 per half hour lesson. In addition, I am filming in person music lessons with the goal of presenting them in an online platform called Eminence Music Program. The goal is to offer in-person lessons that would give an online audience the ability to observe the learning process by stepping into the students’ shoes. These lessons are $35 each, and last for at least one hour. It will be a great opportunity for the stufent’s education, and building a learning community that can be shared with others!

I love watching students’ honest work show through, and their own surprise with their abilities. With younger students, I have seen that feeling of accomplishment filter into other areas of their lives. A student’s parent recently told me that his attitude had improved, grades had increased, and his tastes in music had changed for the better. It was a touching moment, and a demonstration of how powerful music is, and showed it’s therapeutic qualities on younger students.

I also love watching adult students who believe they are beyond the threshold of learning, see improvements in themselves. It is just as much of a confidence builder for older students. Music is one of the few truly bonding industries, and I hope to spread the love of guitar to as many people as possible!

I'm glad I hired Riley! I'm looking forward to working with him and improving my guitar skills!

Riley is a fantastic teacher. He’s patient and always makes it fun for my son. I like how he incorporates music theory as well as the concept of team work. Riley is very talented himself and I attribute my sons’ quick pick up of the guitar to the way in which Riley teaches with intuition, tools, excellent communication and always with a positive & upbeat attitude.

I've learned a large amount of practical jazz theory in a short amount of time. Through lessons I've been able to start connecting the dots between my current playing and music theory knowledge and see a path towards freedom of expression. I would highly recommend lessons here!
