Our lessons are fully catered to the students needs and desires.
The Neo Jazz School of Music is a non-profit organization with a mission to enact a positive change in the youth of our community through an education in music and the arts, also to provide cultural education, training, and development to our community. Since its inception in 2004, the Neo Jazz School of Music has impacted the lives of youth in low-income communities by providing access to group and private music lessons, exposure to arts based learning and access to training and tools to pursue a career in the arts.
Neo Jazz School of Music was founded by Dr. Lud Yisrael in Birmingham, AL. At a very grassroots level, he began by providing music instruction to his own children which quickly expanded.

We generally do a preliminary evaluation to determine their needs to design a specific regiment to enable them to fulfill their musical goals.

Our music school is staffed with professional musicians with degrees and higher education in music and arts.
