Joe is a great teacher. He has been teaching my son (who is currently 8) for a couple of years now. He provides varied instruction, teaching him scales, solfege, taking him through a lesson book, and allowing him to choose popular songs he loves to learn as well. Joe also provides music history lessons in each session, from which my son has learned a ton about the history of classical and jazz music. Strongly recommend!
