I've taken some students from beginner to working pros and college professors. I'm still in touch with them and find it very gratifying.
I like teaching, making sure students are learning the right way to do it. I see so many teachers without enough experience teaching their students bad habits. I see students with wrist injuries from improper instruction. Having college and conservatory training I like to see it being done right so the student progresses faster. Been teaching since 1988. Extensive resume which includes Grammy and Oscar Winners.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to do an evaluation of what they know, where they want to get to and what skills and info they need to get there. I customize a lesson plan for each student
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Educated South Shore Conservatory, Berklee College of Music and Boston Conservatory. Verteran of many nation tours and hundreds of recording projects. I've been a staff guitarist/bassist for several record labels and procucers as well as Music Direcotor for several touring groups and projects
