Vasiliy Medved Private Music Lessons

I am Vasiliy Medved, a Boston University Alumnus (DMA in Composition, 2009). My teaching experience tells me that the most important aspect of education regarding its goals and aspirations is the teacher's devotion to helping others discover and develop their potential in areas of people's interests. The tangibility of the learning process and practice would be welcomed by anyone when people look at it as a personal quest, an exciting journey of self-discovery that, eventually, might widen not only our efficiency in the studied area but, gradually, transform the way we perceive the world outside and within us. I would be more than happy to help people in the disciplines of General Piano, Music Theory course, Harmony and Voice Leading, Species Counterpoint, Music Analysis, Composition, Ear Training, Aural Skills, and other disciplines (Music and Rhythmic Dictations, Keyboard Harmony, etc.). My experience includes teaching Music Theory courses at Boston University, Longy School of Music, Northern Essex Community College, UMass Lowell, and TakeLessons Educational Company. I am looking forward to helping interested and motivated individuals achieve their creative aspirations with all my heart, mind, and skills, with sincerity of both humanistic and professional commitments.
