Peoole who want to learn , relearn, improve or learn specific music or skills should choose myself to help you do just that. Teaching and sharing my expertise and knowledge in music is my passion in life. In fact I started playing at the age of 6 and I have not stopped. Age, and abilities of all ages are welcome. I have had adults down to elementary level students. I believe that anyone can learn and get better.
I was a Band & Orchestra Director, peeformer in Cape Cod Symphony Orchestra , a professional ensemble and soloistically I still perform. After almost 30 years out east I have come back to where I grew up. My schedule is very flexible and I teach everyday of the week.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When taking a new student I first ask them what they want to learn, and why ? Every person has different goals, likes and learning styles. I then will ask he/she to perform something so that I really see and hear and this gives myself a starting point. I also take weekly notes on each person's progress. I also find that getting to know about my students makes it much more enjoyable for both parties.
