About
Hi there! My name is Kelsey and I've been studying piano for 17 years, cello for 9 years, and voice for 10 years. I've been fortunate to study music at great schools across the country, including the Hartt School of Music, the University of Miami, and the Berklee College of Music, from where I've just graduated.
While I was there I studied vocal performance, song writing, and music production. I'm a well rounded musician and I always encourage my students to be the same. This allows them to be fully immersed in the musical experiences we create together.
What I love most about teaching is that it gives everyone a chance to discover what makes them the most passionate & excited about life. I still remember being taught by my teachers when I was younger, and how they really shaped who I'm turning out to be. I'm looking forward to providing that same support and guidance to you!
I've sung with many great musicians including Didi Stewart, Lisa Guyer, Shawnn Monteiro, and Benjamin Rauch. I've performed at venues all across New England, including Boston's Symphony Hall.
I would love nothing more than to help foster a love and appreciation for music within my students. Together we'll work towards your goals in a digestible and fun way. I look forward to being your teacher!
