Ju Hyun Kim, has appeared as a recitalist and a concerto soloist throughout the cities of New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, etc. In New York she was under instructor Dorothy Delay and Hyo Kang (Juilliard School). She was enrolled as a scholarship student at Boston Conservatory, Yale School of Music and Mannes School of Music. She was appointed concertmistress of the Boston Conservatory Orchestra and Boston University Symphony Orchestra. She also served as a violin instructor at Boston University and on the violin faculty at the Mahanaim School. In 2020, she received her Doctorate at Boston University in violin performance under professor Lynn Chang.
As an enthusiastic person, I have been developing myself to become a music teacher with the ability to be a mentor for those in the violin performance field.Through several years of teaching, I have learned how to manage and motivate diverse group of students in improving skills and achieving their goals in and outside of the school.
