About this pro

Unlike title boxing who uses a group setting where the focus is only on conditioning I teach you everything any boxer should know . Stance balance form speed strength . How to throw correctly how to move in a way that your always ready to punch . I teach you about conditioning and building stamina strength and speed and I work you to the exact level I believe you can handle . If you don’t believe in yourself I do.

I love passing on the knowledge and just being involved with people who want to learn and watching them progress.
