Agile Boxing
About
I believe in discipline, speed and proper technique.
I take boxers back to the basics as mastering the basics makes you better at boxing.
I've competed multiple times in the past and also trained some beginners and professionals.
Boxing is an art. It's not about violence but a controlled aggressive sport. It gives discipline and I'm always happy to help people learn a sport that can help them be more disciplined. It's also a good weight loss activity so I use it to help people lose weight.
