About

I've got more experience than your average boxing trainer.

I started boxing at Mcdonough's gym in South Boston at the age of 14 and from there I've trained at the Natick Boxing Club in Natick and The Patronelli's Gym in Brockton. I’ve trained at both Olympic Training Centers, by invitation, Lake Placid NY and Colorado Springs. In 1984 I moved to Las Vegas and I was trained there at Johnny Tocco’s by Johnny Toco's and Eddie Futch for a year before I ended up in San Antonio Texas and I was trained there by Joe Souza and Tony Ayala , before ended up in Miami and training with Angelo Dundee and a bunch of great trainer. I won the Heavyweight Miami Beach Championship in 1986

In all of the boxing I did as a heavyweight I never got knocked down or knocked out and I don’t look like a boxer, meaning my face isn’t all messed up.

How did I do that ? Practice Practice Practice JoePractice.com You can also check me out on my YouTube JoePractice

I know the best way to train people like me, who are older and just would like to learn how to use their hands for self defence and conditioning.
