With 20+ years of teaching experience I have a deep bag of tricks, approaches, and styles to engage and excite students in their journey to becoming the best musician they can be.
I do not teach a specific curriculum or repertoire but instead prefer to teach and guide each individual student based on their stylistic preferences and goals.
I teach all ages and skill levels from child to adult, beginner to advanced.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When first meeting a new student I aim to learn what styles of music they most enjoy, what prior experience they may have, and what their individual goals are in learning the guitar and music in general.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Professional Music from Berklee College of Music and have been teaching guitar for 20+ years. I also have extensive performing and recording experience.
