Raf is a great coach who truly cares about his clients. He works hard to mix up his workout routines to keep me from getting bored and always helps me to remember my form when I’m tired.

Everyone at NBC wants you to get better at the sport, better physically and ensure you're doing things properly. There isn't a single coach there without experience. If you're there to get a good workout and to actually learn what boxing is all about, stop reading this and get to NBC!
