About

I believe that learning music is one of the greatest gifts a human being can obtain and achieve in life general. As a music instructor in voice, I believed that this wonderful natural instrument has the power to move people through the power of the text that singers must deliver efficiently during each of their performances. With that in mind, I always like to have my students achieve this valuable role. I would also like to encourage and uplift my students through the very best of their capability learning wide variety of songs while maintaining a healthy singing throughout their instructions.

I have been teaching voice for more than 5 years eversince I was living in Southern California and currently in the Boston metropolitan area. Through my previous mentors from California State University of Long Beach and of the Longy School of Music of Bard College, I had received voice instructions with thorough understanding of the human body and its function in singing. From the basic level of singing such as proper posture, breathing, and phonation of the voice, up to the advanced level such as interpretation of various songs and the its musical aspect.

In my private lessons, I usually do more demonstrations in my lessons and explain its reason to my future students. I also frequently ask questions to my students if they feel any sensations in their body while they are singing. Whether this feeling may be good or bad, I will do its necessary conditioning. I train my aspiring students to develop muscle memory in their voice.

I felt that this concept of teaching is more on point and essential for my future students to understand the concept on how our body works while we are singing and to promote vocal health for longevity in their singing.

Singing had always been my greatest passion in life. I had a huge passion in teaching singing and would love to help my students achieve their goals not just as a musician bit also in life in general.
