About
As a teacher, I strongly believe that developing a solid technical foundation is crucial in every student's development and plays a major role in their ability to play the instrument. Having strong fundamentals can then enable each student to grow musically and discover their own voice. My teaching style incorporates elements of both the Suzuki and Traditional methods, allowing for flexibility to fill each student's individual needs. My pedagogy instructors include Mimi Zweig and Rictor Noren.
One of the greatest joys of teaching is seeing your students mature and grow and being part of that process. I am very goal-oriented, and I make sure I work with my students towards achieving their goals while at the same time I give them the tools and confidence to do so.
