I use a fun, kid-centered approach with games and prizes to keep kids motivated. Unlike other teachers, I specialize in teaching beginner students age 5-9 and have over 10 years of experience working with kids. I use fun, colorful books that focus on a child's natural curiosity about music. My students also use an App that is paired with their piano books (ages 7- 10) or online music they listen to for their lessons (age 4 - 6). I also offer yearly local recitals in Bedford, MA for my students to showcase their abilities!
My favore thing about this job is introducing kids to the world of music .
Her flexibility and how she adapt to her student learning style while making sure they progress. We didn’t had to fight our daughter to practice during the week, she wanted to do her homework to show her teacher.
Regina is excellent teacher, very professional, great personality & always on time. My daughter is enjoying her Piano classes very much. I would highly recommend her.
Typically I start out by introducing the student to my class expectations and how I structure the lessons. I divide my lessons into 3 parts, 1) scales and exercises 2) Lesson and songbook 3) Review games.
I have over 10 years experience teaching piano lessons. I have been playing piano for over 30 years. I am background and CORI checked by Wilmington MA Public Schools. I studied music performance at Clark University in Worcester, MA.
My lessons cost $60 per hour. Most students use a 30 minute or 45 minute lesson for children, and 45 to 60 minutes for adults.
I normally work with beginners age 5-9 years and have a specialized, kid friendly approach.
