What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Once a student expresses interest in our program, we have a conversation with the student or parent to find the best teacher match based on goals, experience, etc.

After that we set up a free trial lesson to meet the teacher, discuss goals and scheduling to make sure it's a good match.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Bruce Anderson, the School Director has spent over 35 years in the music education business as a teacher, consultant and adminstrator with his own studio and managing multiple locations for Jordan Kitts Music as their Director of Education.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

The basic pricing unit is $130.00 per month for a weekly 30 minute private lesson.  Other lesson lengths are available, and multiple family members will receive a sibling discount.

How did you get started teaching?

Our teachers have many years of experience in their fields of expertise.

What types of students have you worked with?

We have students as young as 4 years old up through adults and seniors who take daytime lessons.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Our students perform at a local mall in December and we also have ROCK SCHOOL SHOWCASES at local clubs twice a year. Since we have a recital hall in the school, our students can perform regularly.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Find someone who will work with you on your interests.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Their ultimate goals and how much time they feel they can devote to practice.
