G4 Guitar School Bowie MD
About
I have several lesson packages designed to fit almost any budget. The first step is to book a free consultation with me, where we will map out a plan to help you reach your guitar goals. Even if I'm not a good fit for you, I can help point you in the right direction.
I enjoy helping people get the breakthrough they need in their guitar playing.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When first working with a new student we take the time to analyze the skill level of the student. If they are a complete beginner we teach them how to practice properly, if more advanced we work on what is missing in their guitar playing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.M. in Jazz/Commercial Guitar Performance from Towson University and over a decade in teaching experience.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching at Music and Arts stores across Maryland for several years before opening the G4 Guitar School of Bowie MD
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students as young as 4 years old and as old as 84 :)
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We recently had a student come in who completed the entire G4 Guitar Method in 3 to 4 months. It was absolutely incredible to watch his hard work and determination pay off!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look for a place of instruction that specializes specifically in the instrument you want to play. One of the great things about G4 is that we specialize only in the guitar, so all our effort has been placed completely in helping students learn the guitar as efficiently and easily as possible. Also ask for a structured and complete method to learning your instrument.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Ask yourself what made you want to play the guitar? If it is for your child, ask what would you like to see your child do on the guitar within a year? If it is for you, ask yourself if you want to be in a band, write your own music, or simply be able to play your favorite songs.
