What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Find out where they are if they are returning students and make a educatioal plan. Or start from the beginning. Find out what music interest them and include in the plan.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's of music degree. I also have been certified in different piano, strings and programs.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
$30 a half hour and $55 for the hour. It can be split in any way
How did you get started teaching?
My mom's comes from a very prestigious educational family. Most everyone is a teacher.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of students. I have many years of experience.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I always enjoy putting on the yearly recital. It's outside, we set up tents, yard games, hire a sound engineer, and lots of snacks and treats.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I always tell people to try a teacher for a few weeks. I have a rule. Three lessons, three months and three years. Three lessons to start with is enough to find out if things will work.

What are your end goals, what type of music, and your time constraints.
