Good technique, plenty of repetition. Practical execution as well.

Lessons with Dave were awesome! They made me feel more confident and the environment is always great with him!
The only reason I didn’t continue taking classes with him is because I had to come back to my home country.
Keep up with the good work, Dave!

Dave, our chief instructor, is an excellent and conscientious teacher. He is very safety conscious and patient with his students. His lesson plan is very practical, with real-world self defense in mind. I would recommend Loco Combat to anyone who wishes to learn how to better protect themselves and build their physical fitness.

Excellent private training group! Both the instructor and the students were a huge help. I am glad I found this place. A fun mix of fitness, striking, krav self defense and jiujitsu. Great alternative to for those who cant train martial arts every day.

I initially hesitated on joining this group because I was a beginner and was afraid Ill be intimidated by those who have been practicing martial arts for a while. However, it was nothing like it!!! I love how the instructor totally caters to each individual level. I am not sure how thats even possible, but he just finds the perfect balance of introducing new moves as well as practicing old moves at everyones level. The instructor as well as everyone on this team made me comfortable from day one. My primary motivation for joining Loco Combat was so I could learn how to defend myself. I have learned so much more and my level of confidence is steadily growing. I love the fact that I get a great work out combined with professional self defense/martial arts combo training. My favorite part is the camaraderie within the group and the fact that I always feel as if I am getting a private lesson.
