PRO Martial Arts - Frederick

In addition to our Martial Arts Program, we focus on Character Development and building Discipline. Pro Martial Arts has an Armour Program that trains the students to Assess, Avoid and if necessary, Defend themselves from Bullies and Predators. The Armour program allows Pro Martial Arts to stand out from our competition and other athletic programs.

I enjoy helping students Build Character, Discipline, and confidence in themselves. The classes and programs at Pro Martial Arts programs revolve around physical and mental well-being of students age 3-Adults. Pro Marial Arts can benefit a child or an adult in learning to respect authority figures, build strong youth friendships, learn and practice conflict resolution skills, give a healthy way to release stress and energy, and instill self-confidence and build self esteem. Teaching these five major areas as well as responsiblity for themselves at school and home are fundamentals that are important in everyday life.
