About
Hello! I have been playing piano with my family from the age of 6, pursuing professional piano lessons around the age of 12. After attending college, where I received a BS degree in Music, as well as 5 years' experience accompanying choirs, ensembles, and bands, I began teaching in my own studio and have done so for 9 years.
I enjoy playing music by ear, accompanying others, and have developed the much needed skill to read music on the fly. When I'm playing music for my own pleasure, I typically like putting a soothing spin on contemporary pop music or a song that might otherwise not be considered ideal for a piano cover.
