WuDang Martial Arts
About
I teach fitness and martial arts based on traditional Chinese KungFu and TaiChi. Classical material balanced with modern science is very effective. Building a strong foundation is most important.
I enjoy teaching because it makes me a stronger artist. Working with other people is the best kind of training.
