I started martial arts at the age of 9 with a game called full contact.. i started switching between different freestyles until i decided to play boxing when i was 13.
I started in lebanon Under the coashing of the middle east champion Ismail harakeh.
Later i was able to join the lebanese national team. I got my fisrt bronze medal at the age of 17.
Getting the apportunity to live in USA also gave me the chance to enhace my skills with the american style and since i came to the states I always worked on makimg my self better.
Boxing was always my releife. And i always beleived that boxing pushes you behind yoyr limits and give you the motivation to overcome any obstacle.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Different plans according to the trainee goals, skills, experience, and availability. Being said a teaining program can vary from 1 day/week to 5 days/week. However, overall we would recommend a minimum of 2-3 days per week to be able to progress in a faster pace
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Health and mental fitness certification.
I'm a pharmacist too where I try to exploit my healthcare and fitness knowledge to create a better trainig program, endurance skills.
