I offer an array of high level instruction in multiple disciplines as well as neat tricks to target fat loss and strength gain that lasts.
Seeing my students adapt and evolve with each session is exceedingly satisfying. Not only did I do my part but the student glows with confidence and skill. It forms a great bond and has a lasting positive impact.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Working with new students I ask questions throughout the session to connect better with them. Creativity is important in martial arts; it is my job to analyze the individual to instruct them in a way that develops a suitable style and efficiency.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a combined 15 years of competitive level experience.

Trial: $40
2 sessions: $100 ($50/hr)
5 sessions: $200 ($40/hr)

How did you get started teaching?
After an injury that ended my professional career, I had much accumulated knowledge that I wanted to share with the world.
With the experience in dieting, weight loss, fitness, and martial arts, I feel that I have more to offer than the average trainer.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with children, teens, adults of all ages.
I train individuals who have no experience whatsoever, to a moderate, and professional level.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Studying and knowledge is one thing, experience is key to in order to realistically regurgitate skill in a way that the student can understand.
