Mrs. Melanie Mueller has over 35 years of teaching music and piano lessons! Her passion is teaching and encouraging students to reach their highest potential.
Melanie has a Bachelor's degree in music from Eastern Michigan University. She has a Master's in Education from Loyola College. She is trained in all three levels of Orff Schulwerk. She is also a certified Primary Montessori teacher.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
After talking with the parent, we schedule a meet & greet to introduce one another and I give a complimentary introduction lesson to introduce them to the piano and if they had lessons to see what they know. Then I will know what level to begin their lessons at to move forward to weekly lessons.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science in Music from Eastern Michigan Univeristy.
Master's of Education from Loyola College.
Trained in all 3 levels of Orff-Schulwerk.
