About Cheryl Milne - Piano, Guitar & Art Teacher

I make piano lessons fun and exciting by teaching my students music they enjoy, such as Disney songs, hymns, patriotic melodies, TV theme songs, Indian songs, jazz, Christmas songs, etc. Children and adults of all ages can learn to play the piano. Music theory, technic, and ear training are included in piano class. Class fee is $20 per 30 minute class.  Parents are always welcome to sit in during any class. I also teach organ.

In my  guitar lessons,  basics such as strumming, music theory, tab, chords, and reading notes are taught.  I make music lessons fun and exciting by teaching my students music they enjoy. Children and adults of all ages can learn to play the guitar. Parents are always welcome to sit in during any class.  Class fee is $20 per 30 minute private lesson.

I give art instruction in a group setting in my home studio. Classes consist of each student working on an individual project, from watercolor painting, pastels, charcoal drawing, pencil sketching, oil painting, acrylics, calligraphy, various crafts, and more. This way each student can learn exactly what they are interested in. Each student gets individualized painting and drawing instruction during this group class. Class fee is $16 per one hour group class.  A supply list will be given at the first class.

Either music or art lessons area perfect additions to your homeschool curriculum.

I love teaching and imparting my knowledge to my students.  Each student learns differently, and I enjoy finding the particular way that each students learns best.
