I am a certified personal trainer and certified Krav Maga instructor. I am a competitive boxer and currently teach all over metro Detroit. I specialize in strength & conditioning, self defense, fight training and nutrition. I have helped clients reach goals from new personal records for powerlifting to lose weight to learn how to defend themselves/fight. We can use one or all of those methods to reach your goals!
Everything. Not only is the healthy lifestyle my passion, but helping others is my ultimate goal in life. I know what fitness and fighting has done for me, so helping others on their journey is the most fulfilling thing for me. Watching students transform into the best version of themselves is what I live for

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I would construct a personalized tentative timeline plan all based around the students’ goals and abilities. We can use their strengths to their advantage while we work on weaknesses; bringing out the best in each student.
