An awesome training program suited to all my needs. Great fundemental exercises for striking, grappling, and proper form as well as general fitness. Nick is a skilled teacher with a ton of knowledge in martial arts and strength training. He helps you conceptualize in detail and gives good instructions and corrections. Fits into my schedule and meets me halfway with everything, provides gear and guest pass to his local gym. 10/10 best training you can pay for, no matter your skill level.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Basic evaluation to see where there at what they know i try and see what they are looking to learn and will offer and explain also what i can teach. Start with basic fundamentals to see where there at and go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
12 years boxing training 7 years mma training certified and licensed as a personal trainer previous management experience at gyms
