About
I have multiple years of experience as an health and fitness coach. I have helped many people achieve their goals and realize that it's not about being where they want to be, but it is about the journey of getting there.
I love helping people become 1% better after every session. It is fun to see progress and watch how people transform their mindset about becoming the best version of themselves.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first day is a fitness assessment. We hop on a zoom call and just see what you want to do, past experience, talk about what I will help you do and whether or not this program would be a good fit for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been playing college basketball at Trinity Christian College in Chicago for three years.
As I was playing college basketball, I was studying Exercise Science. I went through 2 years of classes and have a good base of education within this field.
I am a certified personal trainer with a specialty in muscle growth and development. I also have a background in nutritional coaching.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing varies. I do online coaching so a lot of what you will do is self paced. I am very well priceed and know that I can help you achieve your goals.
How did you get started teaching?
I fell in love with working out in college. I like to be good at different hobbies I have, so I made an effort to learn technique. I saw that many people don't know the techniques of different exercises and it can cause more harm than good. So I started helping family, friends, and people at the gym with form and technique. I fell in love with coaching from there.
What types of students have you worked with?
I focus on the age group of 18-75
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look for someone with experience. Find someone that can help you get your results, and someone that practices what they teach.
