About

I work with adults and children. I have also worked with special needs students.

I adapt my teaching to the person in front of me. I want to meet them where they are and take them where they want to go.

I work in the gym to improve strength, coordination and flexibility with an emphasis on functional movement and powerlifting.

It is always great to meet new students and help them reach their goals.

Coach Kay Lynne is excellent. She explains things clearly, has students work on fundamentals, and has fun. I highly recommend her, and Im looking forward to perfecting my stroke with her assistance over the next few months.

    Frequently asked questions

I evaluate a new student's skill level and taking the stated goals in mind, devise a plan on where to start.  I always work on ascertaining the learning style of the student to be able to convey concepts in a way that makes sense.

I was a competitive coach for 22 years and had swimmers who were in the top 50 fastest swimmers in the country.  I became a personal trainer in 2009 and still work as a trainer now.  I have been coaching swimming since 1986.
