We are a nonprofit music school providing private lessons, scholarships, and outreach. Lessons are available on dozens of instruments, and for all styles and skill levels.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Asheville Music School will refer you to a teacher of your choosing, or we can decide for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our teachers have a vast array of music degrees and years of experience.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Our teachers set their own tuition rates, which vary from $100 per month to $140 per month (for 30-minute weekly lessons). 3/4 hour lessons, as well as hour-long lessons are available.
What types of students have you worked with?
We work with students as young as 3, as well as students well into retirement age.

Sound Effects Benefit Concert! (It's our annual fundraiser).
