Austin's Guitar Lessons

Austin Morel is a classically trained guitarist, pianist and composer living in Carrboro, NC. He has played in half a dozen bands in the Triangle and composes original music for a variety of instruments including string quartet, piano, violin and others. He obtained his degree from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts in Winston-Salem for classical guitar being taught by Michael Kudirka, who now plays at the Metropolitan Opera.

The best part about teaeching music lessons is that moment where it all clicks with the student and they feel like they've achieved something, whether it be a difficult passage in a new piece or having the courage to play in front of others on a stage.
