Heavenly Keys Studio

Greetings,

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and welcome you to Heavenly Keys Studio. I am so excited about the chance to be a service to your family. My name is Demetria Kirkman, and I am the owner and creator of Heavenly Keys Studio. I began playing the piano at the age of nine years old. I completed my bachelor's degree at Fayetteville State University, many, many moons ago, and I am currently pursuing my master's degree in organizational leadership.

It is my goal that my curriculum and tools are creative and innovative, while meeting our youth’s needs. Please note, I am a mobile business who offers traditional & virtual piano classes. I’ve had the wonderful experience of being a piano instructor for over twenty years, ranging from preschool to the elderly.

I truly value education and I am a firm believer that if we give our children the tools to succeed at an early age, it will exude their self-esteem and broaden their minds to not settle for anything less than their best.

I enjoy watching a student overcome an area in music! Their excitement is genuine and the underlying reason for this excitement is "hard work pays off". Learning to read musical scores is a difficult task and it takes a lot of self-discipline.

It is my aspiration that when each student joins the Heavenly Keys Studio family, they will feel accepted. I believe that HKS students will rise above all obstacles and soar beyond all expectations. I am looking forward to embarking on this journey with you!
