I have been singing at the age of five. I have sung along with some of gospel’s greatest such as Shirley Caesar, Marvin Winans, Karen Clark Sheard, too include various groups and gospel choirs such as the Thompson Community Singers and the Chicago State University Gospel Choir to name a few.

I have sung in multicultural countries such as Brazil and Okinawa, Japan where I have sung with many ethnic groups which includes singing with the Okinawa Community Choir while singing in Japan with Japanese Friends for special programs and events.

I attended Columbia College where I gained experience in music, theatre, voice , and drama. As well as obtain a Bachelor's in Education with experience serving and tutoring students in after school programs at all age levels and college prep programs where I assist learning adults..
